As the nation's population grows and diversifies, CHR is helping healthcare products companies reach their audiences more effectively. PatientLinkMC™ does that by delivering PatientLink™ messages in the patient's language of choice.
-
To create PatientLinkMC™, CHR selects zip codes in which the selected language is likely to be used by 25% or more of the individuals living and / or shopping in that zip code. Data from the US Census Bureau and other sources are used to select these zip codes. Then, CHR matches these zip codes to its list of CHR network pharmacies.
-
PatientLinkMC™ messages can be delivered in these pharmacies, and provide both an English language message and an identical translation of that message in the selected language. These messages print side-by-side inside PatientLinkMC™, ensuring relevant message delivery for both patients who prefer the selected language and those who prefer an English language message.
Here's how it works:
Because of space constraints, PatientLinkMC™ is available only to those message sponsors who have single-panel PatientLink™ messages. PatientLinkMC™ is available only to those customers already conducting a PatientLink™ program in the larger, total CHR network. Currently, only Spanish-language messages can be created to accompany the original PatientLink™ message. Additional languages are planned for the future.
